Outdoor events are all single day events, unless specifically indicated otherwise.

Note: If the rain is to a point where the fields are flooded or there is dangerous lightning, we will cancel the tournament. The announcement of cancellations will typically be between 6am and 7am, the day of the tournament. Announcements will be posted on Facebook & Twitter. Emails will also be sent to addresses that registered for that particular tournament.

Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles play on Saturdays. All Quads (genderblind) and Coed Doubles play on Sundays.

Format:

Each tournament is a pool play format, followed by single elimination playoff. All courts are traditional regulation size, and all games are side out scoring, unless specifically indicated otherwise. For further details on games rules, click below: VB Rules.doc

Cost:

Open Doubles $80/Team

All other Doubles $60/Team

All Quads $120/Team

Juniors Doubles $40/Team

Juniors Quads $80/Team

Payments collected at check-in

Late Fee: $20/Team if not registered by noon Friday before the event. Please note: For SportsFest, teams must be registered before noon Thursday before the event to avoid the late fee.
